When a Client provides Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd. with personal information, the Client shall be assured that it will never be sold or shared with an outside company or party and will only be used for the purpose of business between the Client and Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd.

Indemnification

The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd., its directors, officers, employees and agents (each an “Indemnified Person”), against any loss, demand, cause of action, damage, claim, expense (including reasonable legal fees) or liability arising from or in connection with Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd.’s successful or unsuccessful attempt to perform a comprehensive unclaimed money search on behalf of the Client including any loss that results from an error made in good faith save for wilful misconduct or the wilful failure to act in good faith. The Client shall not hold Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd. liable in any way for any reason for the lack of success in performing a comprehensive unclaimed money search on behalf of the Client and Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable to the Client for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, compensatory damages, damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, business interruption or loss or damage to data) arising out of the use of any information or materials provided by the Client, whether a claim is asserted in contract, tort or otherwise.

The Client shall not hold Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd. liable in any way for any reason for the lack of success in recovering a Claim on behalf of the Client and Unclaimed Assets of Canada Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable to the Client for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, compensatory damages, damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, business interruption or loss or damage to data) arising out of the use of any information or materials provided by the Client, whether a claim is asserted in contract, tort or otherwise.
